How do I ship my return back?

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. However, should you need assistance, please contactCustomer Service.

Petco.com orders can also be returned by mail within 30 days to one of our warehouse/fulfillment centers. A refund for the item will be issued once it has been received.
